Massaging Your Skin

Try to follow the style of Anastasia massage. Make sure the entire face and neck is evenly applied by cream.
1. Shoulders and neck
Movement: press area of shoulder and neck with a finger.

2. Jaw

5. Under the eyes (between the cheek bone and below the eye)
Movement: use your thumb, pull from the nose outwards.
Function: helps eliminate Puffy eyes.
6. Under the eye brow bone
Movement: use the ring finger, gently pull start from the corner of the eye in toward the outer end of eyebrow.
Function: relaxation for tired eyes.
7. Brow
Movement: from the top of the nose, use three fingers to the temple.
Function: ease tension and blood circulation.
